Baby Back Ribs
I like to cut the racks into serving size pieces, 3 or 4 ribs, rinse and pat dry. Place them on a sided cookie sheet and cover and seal with heavy duty aluminum foil. Bake in a 300-325* oven for about 2 1/2 hours. (That's right, no seasoning at all) Pour the juices off and brush with your favorite barbque sauce. Our is Tony Roma's Original. Baste one side at a time and put back in the oven for 10 minutes or so. I do the tops twice and the bottoms once. This take an additional 30 minutes but well worth the time.
I usually throw the bake potatoes in the oven for the last hour of cooking and that works out great.
This has been our traditional Christmas Eve dinner since Tony Roma's went out of business about 10 years ago. I haven't had one complaint yet!
