Corn with Jalapenos

1 bag frozen corn, thawed
1 large jalapeno, small mince
1/3 c white onion, diced
1/4 c red bell pepper, optional
2 T butter
salt and pepper to taste

You can use 6 ears of fresh corn for this if you have it but it works well for me with frozen.  Melt butter in saute pan and saute onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno for several minutes, add corn and cook approx 10 minutes on low until all is warm and flavors combined.  Season and serve.
