Grandma Smith's Chicken Salad

3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 ½ cups diced celery
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
3 sweet pickles chopped
dill weed to taste
Salad dressing/ Mayo to moisten

Mix ingredients together.  Serve on your choice of bread or crackers.  I like the little croissants from Costco.  I also learned to use canned chicken if pinched for time.
