2- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
¼ c. chopped white onion
1 t. garlic powder
½ t. garlic salt
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Blend in mixer, form into a ball, and cover with more grated cheese.  Best served with rice crackers.

This recipe comes from some good friends in the valley area. It is really good!
