Movie Star Popcorn

This recipe is so good and it originally came from

3 T. coconut oil
2 T. butter
1/2 c. unpopped popcorn
1/2 t. salt

Heat oil and butter in a 2-3 qt pan over med-high heat.  Once melted pour in popcorn and salt to kernels.  Move pan slowly while waiting for the kernels to pop.  Shake once the popping begins and remove from heat when the popping slows to every 2 or more seconds between pops.  Pour into a bowl and taste for salt.  Add more to your liking.

Serves 2 maybe 3

I love this recipe. There is no need to add more butter it is perfect the way it is.
