1 (16 ounce) package OREO chocolate cookies
1 (8 ounce) package Cream cheese, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages BAKERS semi sweet baking chocolate, melted

Crush the OREOS  in a plastic bag with rolling pin. Put the crushed cookies in a medium mixing bowl add cream cheese; mix till blended. Roll mixture into balls, about 1-inch in diameter and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.  Freeze at least 1 hour or over night.

Melt chocolate over double boiler and dip frozen balls in chocolate.  Place back on wax paper-covered baking sheet.

Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.  And enjoy.
