Pineapple Cheese Ball
2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese
1 can (8 1/2 ounce) crushed pineapple,drained
2 tb finely chopped red onion
1 c chopped walnuts (add a second cup if you want to decorate the outside of the ball)
Mix well with mixer, tastes best if made the day before. Often times we just put it in a storage container, unless company is coming. Best cracker to serve it with is Wheat Thins.
