Rice Crispy Treats

1/2 cup butter
8 cups of mini marshmallows
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 cups rice cereal

Butter a 9X13" baking pan. In non stick pot, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until blended. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir in cereal and mix together thoroughly. With buttered hands or non stick tool, put into baking pan and press mixture till level. IT IS HOT. Let cool before slicing.

Easy and quick to make. USE fresh marshmallows at all costs or batch may turn funny.
