Roasted Vegetables (WW)


Select your favorite vegetables, chopped them in somewhat equal sizes for even cooking.  Spray baking sheet with olive oil spray. Toss on veggies and spray again lightly.  Sprinkle with salt, pepper, herbamare and bake at 400* for 10-15 minutes depending on your choices.

This has become a favorite of mine.
