Corn and Black Bean Salsa


2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can sweet corn, drained
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/3 sweet onion, diced
1/3 of a bunch of cilranto, chopped
juice of one lime
salt and pepper

Do this at the last minute as is it best fresh.  Mix beans, corn, tomato, onion, cilrantro, and lime juice, salt and pepper.  Serve with tortilla chips.

Friends from church brought this to a potluck dinner.  It was so fresh and delicious I just had to ask for the recipe.  Thank you Elena for sharing a real winner.
