1 c. lukewarm water
1/3 c. orange juice
4 T. Butter
1/3 c. honey
3 T. Sugar
2 ½ t. instant yeast
2 T. Cocoa powder
1 3/4 t. salt
2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour

Mix together all the ingredients and knead 8 minutes.  Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.

Divide dough into 8-10 pieces.  Shape into mini loaves on greased cookie sheet.  Let rise covered 1 ½ - 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350*

Egg wash and sprinkle with oatmeal before baking.  Bake uncovered about 20 minutes until the internal temp. reaches 200*

**** note   This is much like the bread served at Black Angus Restaurant.  I like it very much.  The recipe comes from the book King Arthur Whole Grain Baking Book.
