Blackberry and Apple Smoothie (WW)

3/4 cup fresh blackberries
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 cup fat-free skim milk
1 piece, mint leaves, for garnish

From Weight Watcher's and sounded like a decent combination.
