Sugar Dusted Apple Bundt Cake

3 cups ap flour
1/2 t salt
2 1/2 t baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup orange juice
2 t. vanilla extract
1 can apple pie filling, 21 oz

2T brown sugar
1/2 t gr. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350*.  Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan.  In a small bowl mix together 2 T sugar and sinnamon and sprinkle on the bottom and sides of the pan.

Combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl.  Stir in the oil, eggs, orange juice and vanilla; mix well.  Add apple pie filling and stir.  Pour batter into prepared pan.  Bake uncovered 1 hour.

Let cool for 15 minutes.  Invert onto serving plate and cool.  Drizzle with citrus glaze if desired.

Glaze:  Beat 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 T orange juice for 1 min or until smooth.  Add orange juice by the teaspoon until desired consistance.

This is from an advertizement in the Taste of Home magazine.  Sounds good to me and I'd like to try it one day.
