Trail Mix Clusters


•2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

•1/2 cup unsalted sunflower kernels

•1/2 cup salted pumpkin seeds or pepitas

•1/2 cup coarsely chopped cashews

•1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

•1/4 cup flaked coconut

•1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots

•1/4 cup dried cranberries

•1/4 cup dried cherries or blueberries


•In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

• Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm. Store in the refrigerator.

Yield: 4 dozen.
Prep: 25 min. + chilling
