Bacon and Cheddar Potato (WW)

Halve 1 small, warm baked potato and top each half with 1 tablespoon each low-fat cheddar cheese and 1/2 ounce diced Canadian bacon; broil in oven or toaster oven until cheese is bubbly. Top each half with 1 teaspoon light sour cream; garnish with chopped chives or scallions.
