Maple-Cinnamon Baked Apple (WW)



Core and slice 1 large apple; place in a microwavable dish. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon maple syrup and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped raisins; cover and microwave until apple is soft, about 3 to 5 minutes. Top with 1 tablespoon fat-free whipped topping; garnish with ground cinnamon and/or ground nutmeg.
