Egg in the Hole

Ingredients:
egg
bread
butter
salt and pepper

Melt butter in a pan, toast one side of the bread and the bread hole.  Flip when browned and add egg to bread.  Do not giggle, let egg set up and cook most of the way through.  When almost cooked to your liking, flip to cook the other side and serve.

Jamie saw this on Pioneer Woman cooking show and has made it  a lot.  She cooked for all of us this morning, and I gave 2 thumbs up.  We served with bacon on the side.
